Partner Development

As a partner, working closely in communities across Wales, you will no doubt come across people who need help making their homes warmer and more affordable to heat.

Nest has Partnership Development Managers covering the whole of Wales who can arrange training sessions and presentations to ensure your organisation is fully aware of the help Nest can provide to people in your communities.

We are happy to attend local partner events and advice surgeries and visit community groups to inform how the Nest scheme can help them and the people they work with.

Our marketing team can also provide newsletter copy for your communications; leaflet holders, leaflets and posters for display in your premises, and provide press support for your events when Nest is present.

Applying on someone’s behalf

We understand that many people find it difficult to communicate via the Nest telephone advice line.

We work with many partner organisations and agencies that help people, such as Care and Repair, Age Cymru, British Red Cross, Shelter Cymru, People’s First, Action for Children, Barnardos, Communities First and Local Authorities. These organisations work with Nest to ensure there are no barriers to people in vulnerable circumstances benefitting from packages of Nest home energy efficiency improvement measures.

We want to make sure that everyone has access to Nest services, particularly people in vulnerable circumstances. If you want to find out how to help someone with a Nest application, please contact your local Nest Partner Development Manager (details below).

Nest Partner Portal

The Nest Partner Portal is one way that you can make an application on behalf of your client(s) and track its progress.

Upon signing up to the portal, you will be provided with unique login details and free training on how to use it. On-going support is offered and our Partnership Development Managers are always at hand to answer any queries you have.

Please contact your local Partnership Development Manager to find out more.
